"Reading gives us someplace to go when we have to stay where we are." --Mason Cooley

During this school closure, Ms. Bell wants to remind Madison families about a great way to access books. There are thousands of eBooks and audiobooks available through Seattle Public Library to download for free through their Libby (or Overdrive) app. Students can use their Library Link account to log on to SPL's Libby app and download books:

    - Library Link Card #: 990000 + Student ID # (students can find their student ID# on the Source)

    - Pin #: 4 digit birthdate (mmdd)--do not include the year

**Need a book rec? Fill out this quick survey and Ms. Bell will send you some ideas for your next great read:

Finally, in an effort to keep our reading community thriving and connected, please share your celebration of reading on Instagram (if you have permission to have an account) using the hashtags #WhereIRead and #BulldogReaders and be sure to tag @MadisonLibrary in your post. If you'd like Ms. Bell to post your picture on her Madison Library Instagram page, you can send your picture to her at Find out more at
